Q: How to place an order?
A: You could place an order by E-mail, MSN, Fax, etc.

Q: Can you keep my order information in secret?
A: Sure. It is no problem. We promise to keep personal information in secret.

Q: May I order the mixture order in several catalogs?
A: Yes. You could order the mixture order in several catalogs. Of course, your order must be reach our allowed minimum request.

About Payment

Q: How to pay?
A: We usually use Western Union or Bank T/T for payment , please contact us If you want to make the payment via other ways, and we will send you the detial of our payment when you want to pay.

Q: Should we communicate with you after payment?
A: By western union, we can get your payment within 24 hours. But by bank transfer, there may be several days for the arrival of money. We suggest you pay by western union in case that need goods urgently. After payment, please kindly fax or E-mail us your western union or bank receipt, that will help us proceed your order more effectively.

About Delivery

Q: How to deliver the goods?
A: We send the goods by air (DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS or UPS) or sea. If you have your own carrier, please advice us in Order Form in advance.

Q: How about the shipping charges? Who pay it?

Q: Can you deliver the goods in time? When will we receive it?

About Service

Q: Can we exchange the goods?
